MY JOURNEY TO THE
Hi and welcome to The Executive Presence.
If you've landed on my website, there is a strong chance that you are a business owner or executive stuck in the grind or looking for ways to elevate strategy and governance within your business or organisation. Does this sound like you?
My name is Ashley Lythgo. I am a country girl at heart, living in regional Victoria, Australia. I'm passionate about using my skills and experience to empower businesses and organisations across the country.
I grew up in a small rural town with only a few hundred people. I was fortunate to travel a lot of Australia as a young child and on these travels I, would observe the structures of towns and businesses. I quickly noticed there were ways to improve processes, work smarter and to think strategically.
During my teenage years, I struggled at school, and as an early school leaver, I often felt misunderstood. I knew there was a bigger world out there for me and over time I gained experience in a variety of industries. I began my formal education starting with a Certificate III in Aged Care in 2012… fast forward 13 years and I am in the final units of my Master of Business Administration. This is on the background of a Bachelor of Nursing Degree and current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse. The moral of the story here is, never let anyone tell you what is or isn’t possible!
Throughout my career, I've worked at all levels from the frontline to the executive suite, gaining diverse insights along the way. In 2024, I founded The Executive Presence with a clear mission to offer business owners and executives the opportunity to work with a trusted, experienced partner who can make a real difference.
The Executive Presence was born from a comment that I would hear time and time again… “By the time I bought the consultant up to speed, I might as well have done it myself”. As an experienced leader across NDIS, Aged Care & Community Leadership, The Executive Presence will elevate your business or organisation so that not only will it save you time, but you will also be supported to think bigger, more strategically and build a legacy.
