Do I need to be a registered NDIS provider to work with you?
No. We work with registered providers, providers on the path to registration, aged care operators, community-services organisations and small enterprises. The constant is governance maturity - not registration status.
How quickly can we start?
Most engagements kick off within two to three weeks of the discovery call. Genuinely urgent matters - an imminent audit or a tender deadline - we can almost always move on faster.
What if I don't know exactly what I need yet?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. You won't be pitched. We'll talk it through, and if a different specialist is a better fit, we'll tell you that too.
How do you charge?
Engagements are scoped on the discovery call and quoted in writing. Most clients pay monthly against a defined scope; project work is also available. No retainers you don't need.
Are you taking on new clients right now?
