Chrissy has spent her career sitting inside businesses at every stage of growth. But before any of that, she was a personal care worker in the NDIS space, showing up for families navigating one of the most complex systems in the country. That is where her story really starts.

She has also walked that road personally, supporting a family member through their own NDIS journey as a client. That dual perspective gave her something no qualification can teach. A genuine understanding of what these organisations carry, who they serve, and what is truly at stake when the business behind the care is not functioning at its best.

Today Chrissy is the Founder of KRSP Creative, and her focus is growth. Not complicated marketing plans that sit in a drawer. Clear, simple, actionable steps that move a business forward so that founders can spend less time guessing and more time doing what they actually built their business to do.

Her career spans senior marketing management inside corporate environments turning over hundreds of millions, franchise systems, and founding teams building from nothing. She has worked at scale and she has worked lean, and she brings the lessons from both into every client engagement. She understands the numbers, the customer mix, the operational friction, and the real gap between where a business is today and where it could be.

As a founding advisory member of The Executive Presence, Chrissy works alongside Ashley and the TEP team to bring a growth and marketing lens to NDIS providers, aged care organisations, and service-based businesses ready to scale with confidence.
