Santhiya Subramaniam

Santhiya Subramaniam joins The Executive Presence as a Business Support Administrator with a depth of experience that's rare in regional Victoria - across legal, health, and government environments. She brings the kind of administrative rigour that comes from working inside high-stakes systems: statutory documentation, confidential records, and the regulatory frameworks that sit underneath the work TEP partners do every day.

Most recently with SISI Solutions, Santhiya provides frontline support on the Victorian Utility Relief Grant Scheme - working directly with vulnerable clients and within the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing and the Department of Health. Before that, she prepared statutory minutes for the Yorta Yorta Nation Aboriginal Corporation, supported community engagement at Hume City Council, and managed sensitive health data and engineering-compliance documentation at Goulburn Valley Health.

Santhiya holds a Diploma of Justice from Kangan Institute, Youth Mental Health First Aid certification, and a Greater Shepparton Community Leadership Certificate. She has stood as a candidate at Greater Shepparton local government elections, sits on the Community Hospital Planning Committee, and volunteers with Soroptimist International and the Doorbells Migrant Women Network - a record of public service that informs how she approaches every engagement.
