Her diverse professional background spans fitness, sales, gym management, national training management across approximately 70 locations, recruitment and labour hire, healthcare administration and human resources. This breadth of experience enables Kristy to understand the practical realities of managing teams, maintaining day-to-day operations and building a business that can grow without losing its culture or direction.

Kristy specialises in helping businesses establish clear expectations, improve operational systems, strengthen workplace culture and develop confident, capable teams. She works alongside business owners to identify gaps, simplify processes and implement practical improvements that support employee engagement, retention, accountability and profitability.

As a certified DISC® practitioner, Kristy also delivers profiling, training and workshops that help leaders and teams better understand communication styles, workplace behaviours and how individuals can work more effectively together.
