Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

The Executive Presence (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use and protect it, and how you can access or correct it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us, or that is needed to run this website:

  • Enquiry details - when you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any phone number, organisation or message you provide.
  • Email sign-ups - when you subscribe to our updates or request a resource such as a checklist, we collect your email address.
  • Booking details - when you book a discovery call, that booking is handled through our scheduling provider (see below), which may collect your name, email and preferred time.
  • Usage information - like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical and analytics data (such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location) through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiry and provide the services or information you have requested;
  • send you resources you have asked for, and updates you have subscribed to;
  • arrange and manage discovery calls and engagements;
  • understand how the website is used so we can improve it; and
  • meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. This uses cookies to collect aggregated, mostly de-identified usage data. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how some parts of the site work.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you, and only so they can perform those services for us:

  • Resend - delivery of emails generated by our forms;
  • HubSpot - scheduling of discovery calls;
  • Google Analytics - website analytics;
  • Cloudflare - website hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose personal information where required or authorised by law.

Overseas disclosure

Some of these providers store or process data on servers outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

How we store and protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work with reputable providers and limit access to the information we hold.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop sending you communications at any time - by contacting us, or by using the opt-out option in any marketing email we send. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
