Ashley Lythgo is the Founder and Director of The Executive Presence, a governance and advisory firm supporting organisations to build strong foundations, scale with confidence, and operate with clarity - particularly within highly regulated sectors including NDIS, aged care, and community services. As a Registered Nurse with an MBA (Governance specialisation), Ashley brings a rare combination of frontline experience and executive leadership to her work.

Ashley has led complex service delivery environments across 38 local government areas, overseeing 250+ staff and navigating high-volume operational and compliance frameworks. Her career spans nursing, aged care, local government, and senior executive roles within NDIS-funded organisations - giving her a deep, practical understanding of how systems, funding, and people intersect in real-world service delivery. She is known for translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, workable systems that support both compliance and sustainable growth.

Through The Executive Presence, Ashley partners with founders, boards, and executive teams to strengthen governance, streamline operations, and implement practical, outcome-driven solutions. She has helped teams scale with confidence - supporting business owners to grow, while maintaining and developing exceptional governance and operational practices. Often working alongside leadership in a capacity similar to an Operations Manager, Ashley provides high-level strategic and operational support without the full-time overhead, making her a trusted extension of the businesses she supports.
